Ordering

A limited number of orders are taken each week on a first come, first serve basis.  If designs aren't visible on site I have reached capacity, which resets each Sunday at 8am GMT.

Creation times are kept updated in the FAQs and product descriptions.

All nails are created according to the specifications in the order.  Changes can be requested within 24 hours of ordering only.

 

Shipping

All orders will be shipped by Royal Mail. 

The estimated delivery times given are to be used as guidance only, commencing from the date of despatch, do not include weekends and bank holidays and are not guaranteed.

Dippy Cow Nails is not responsible for any delays or delays caused at customs.

Refunds and Returns

I accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase only.   Refunds will be subject to a 3% transaction fee as this is the charge passed on by Shopify.

Due to the nature of my products I am unable to accept returns or exchanges.

A sizing kit in the shape then ordered is the only way to guarantee a perfect fit.  I am unable to exchange or refund due to incorrect sizing.

Misc.

Although I make every effort to describe and display each set as accurately as possible, the hand-crafted nature of my nails mean that there may sometimes be slight variations.

Colour reproduction depends on your screen resolution and I cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of the colours used in any nail set is accurate to the actual product.
