How strong are the nails?
All Made to Measure sets are made by myself using salon standard materials, including hard gel, gel polishes, pigments and genuine Swarovski crystals. They are always top coated with high shine or matte finish UV gel for maximum strength and wear. If you have a question about a specific design or it's finish just drop me a message.
The LUXE TO GO sets are a limited selection of handmade press on nails that are ready to be shipped within 2-3 business days. These are made using the same processes and salon materials as my Made to Measure designs.
My Ready to Ship collection contains carefully sourced machine made nails, designed for fast glam on a budget. Application methods remain the same as M2M and LTG sets.
What size nails do I need?
You can refer to our Measuring Guide, or why not order a Sample Sizing Packs to ensure the perfect fit before ordering your first set of custom Dippy Cow Nails. All Sample Sizing Packs come with an exclusive discount for you to use with your nail order!
If you are unsure about measuring please do not guess your size! You can order any design as a Full Set of 20 and receive 2 of each size nails (sizes 0-9). The Full Set includes the core 10 nails pictured, plus 10 complimenting nails unless otherwise pictured.
Please ensure that the shape selected corresponds with the length you've chosen so that pricing is correct (short and regular shapes are the same price point, but due to extra materials any long nails are priced accordingly). I will always make the nails according to the actual 'Tip Style' entered even if this is different to the length selected, so if this doesn't match the length an invoice will be raised to cover any discrepancies before I create the nails.
Please double check your selections before ordering, and if you notice an error after you've checked out just drop me an email at email@example.com (or reply to the confirmation email, and I'll pick that up!).
How do I apply the nails and prevent pop-offs?
IBD and KDS glue are perfect for 1-2 week wear, and the adhesive tabs are strong enough for wear of around 1-2 days at a time and also make your new nails completely reusable.
For strongest wear I recommend combining the tabs with glue, which leaves no dried on residue on the natural nail. Following the prep pack information provided with each order, apply the tabs to the natural nail first and then add the glue on top of the tab, before firmly pushing and holding the press on in place.
The use of a nail primer and/or dehydrator before applying a quality nail glue will make the press ons adhere with the strongest bond. These are the same steps used in a salon before acrylic application and are great if you have more oily skin.
Can I reuse the nails?The use of adhesive tabs will make the nails totally reusable.
For frequent wearers who prefer the use of glue, I recommend purchasing an inexpensive electronic filer (a few £/$ on Amazon) which will enable you to gently buff away dried on residue and allow for many more wears.
What will come with my nails?
All nail orders include a nail prep pack (12 adhesive tabs per nail set, 1 alcohol wipe per nail set, nail file, cuticle pusher and buffing block). These tabs are ideal for shorter wear of around 1-2 days at a time, and I recommend adding a Professional Glue to your order if you are looking for longer wear of 1-2 weeks at a time. All nail sets come with full application and removal instructions.
Made to Measure and Handmade Ready to Ship orders are packaged in jewellery display boxes.
Ready to Ship sets are packaged in black organza bags, bubble wrapped for extra security.
Unless you request otherwise, multiple orders will be packaged together to keep your shipping costs down.
Can I make changes to designs?All Made to Measure sets are custom made, so if you would prefer a different colour, shorter shape or design tweaks then just make a note in the order!

Do you ship Worldwide?
Absolutely, I am UK based but in fact most of my customers are in the US.
How long will my nails take to be sent?
Unfortunately due to such high order volume I’m unable to give individual updates, but please know that all orders are hugely important to me.
At present Ready to Ship sets, LUXE-TO-GO sets, Decals, Sample Sets, Adhesive Tabs and Glue may take up to 7-10 business days to dispatch.
Please note that creation time doesn't include shipping time, which you can find more info on below. As you will see from my Etsy Reviews I pride myself on creating and delivering the highest quality nails and won't rush yours, or anyone else's art.

ShippingTracked/Signed shipping is free on all International/European orders over £100 and First Class Signed for all UK orders over £30.
I highly recommend opting for the Tracked/Signed shipping option as I source the lowest priced tracked shipping options available to me, not only for the fastest service but for the added peace of mind. Unfortunately due to a small number of fraudulent claims I cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit when an untracked shipping option is selected.
My parcel has been returned to you. How can I get it reshipped?
If your tracking shows the parcel has been returned or if it has been over 32 business days since you were sent your despatch email please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm if your parcel has been returned. Returned parcels will incur a re-shipping charge which will be raised by invoice and emailed over.
Due to my products being tailor made they are non refundable.
I will gladly provide images of any returned parcels with the reason stated by the postal service (e.g. incorrect address or unclaimed parcel).
I've not received my order yet, what should I do?
If you have received your despatch email and have waited the full estimated shipping timescale (for the shipping service selected at checkout) please contact your local sorting office as oftentimes a parcel will be there waiting and the mail provider just hasn't left a card.
If your tracking hasn't updated or you have an enquiry about the latest tracking message please contact the mail carrier who will be able to check the GPS and assist you, and if necessary they can open a 'find my parcel' enquiry within their network.
For International orders please allow 32 business days from dispatch before contacting me regarding a despatched order, as this is the absolute earliest I can request for Royal Mail to open an enquiry with your local mail carrier.
I send thousands of orders each year and dealt with fewer than 10 'lost' items in the past 12 months, so please be assured that slower mail is almost certainly just 'delayed' in the postal network and not lost!
I must be informed of delayed items within 35 business days since you were sent your dispatch email.

Policies, Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase only.
Due to the nature of my products I am unable to accept returns or exchanges unless damaged in transit. Please note that I spend hours creating each set and take great pride in my work and providing detailed instructions for ordering, but I am not responsible if the wrong size nails are ordered or if any of my on site information has been overlooked.
Returned orders will not be refunded as every item is custom and unable to be resold. If your order is returned to me (for example as an 'unclaimed' item) you will need to arrange the re-delivery with me.
